I really wanted to like this film but it has allot of flaws: The director has an evident fetish for skyscrapers and buildings in London that have no reverence to the story, there is one of the worst sex scenes I have ever scene in this, its just some old whore (who just so happens to be the pimp too) dressed in stocking suspenders ect which she doesn’t take off, she just sort of bounders on this bloke who also has too many clothes on to be having sex,  while screaming as loud as she can and then she just roles off him and sighs. The main problem however is the acting, apart from the kid that gets framed for murder and Kaya Scodelario’s character (a low paid hairdresser and one of that whores “girls” who is tied up in some blackmail plot), none of them can act… NONE OF THEM. Also the balance of the cinematography is all wrong and all the scenes are awkward as fuck, like if you are having an argument with someone and the other person doesn’t give a shit. It’s only redeeming feature is the story which is typically British in that the only glamour is a  sex addicted music promoters two girlfriends and even they are just ordinary girls, the rest is raw, corrupt coppers, corrupt politicians,  a prostitute ring, shootings (one of which was on a pregnant woman), a look at how the family of the fella that got framed is affected, that blackmail scam, a girl that escaped that world and my favourite character Tony, a hard man who is a shit shot and is scared of killing people. In concision, the story alone is a reason to watch it but don’t expect much else…
